• Has performed as a musician at various gigs throughout the southeastern region for over a decade
• Performed at MerleFest

Teaching experience:

• Private voice teacher for two years
• Music therapy internship with Fulton County Schools
• Clinical experience in music therapy at Gigi’s Playhouse (a center for children with Down Syndrome), TriStar Centennial Medical Center’s oncology unit, Morningside Assisted Living facility, and Nations Ministry (with their program for refugee youth)

Nikki graduated from Belmont University with a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy. During her time at Belmont, she received training in classical and commercial voice, guitar, and piano. For the past decade, she’s been performing as a musician at various gigs throughout the southeastern region. 

She recently completed her music therapy internship at Fulton County Schools, where she taught kids from preschool through middle school in the special education program. She also has experience teaching private voice lessons.

Nikki teaches voice, guitar, ukulele, piano, and songwriting. She specializes in country and pop music, but has experience in a variety of types of music. 

Nikki is passionate about teaching and aims to be a positive influence in her students’ lives, inspiring them along the way. She has a profound passion for music that she joyfully shares with all her students. “I find a way to make every student feel supported and special!” she shares.

When Nikki isn’t playing music, you can catch her out hiking with her dog, Dolly. She loves country music, and her favorite artists are Kelsea Ballerini and Taylor Swift.
